**Your role**

We’re looking for an innovation manager to:

- define, shape and document the innovation strategy and concept for the function and beyond, incl. pitching of concept vis-à-vis senior stakeholders
- understand internal and external consumer/stakeholder needs
- plan and implement the roll-out of the innovation strategy, producing first tangible outcomes in the near-term
- collaborate with functions within GCRG and beyond to drive innovation, incl. tight interaction with the GCRG agile change delivery organization
- mobilize and lead cross-functional teams required to deliver upon identified opportunities and making sure stakeholders understand the vision and are motivated to deliver on challenging tasks
- develop a concept for training to lay the groundwork for innovation effects and execute upon it
- develop presentations and provide regular updates to senior management on implementation and scaling efforts

You will be working in the Agile & Innovation Strategy Team as part of the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) Transformation and in close collaboration with all GCRG functions. The GCRG transformation program drives - amongst other related activities - digitization and end-to-end automation projects. You will be reporting into the Head Agile & Innovation Strategy.

**Your expertise**
- +5 years of experience working in consulting, strategic financial services role or non-financial risk in a similar role which required the above expertise
- experience in defining a vision and strategy for new products/services, use of iterative development methodologies (Design Thinking, Kanban, SCRUM, Lean) and subsequent implementation
- outstanding ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at any seniority level
- delivery-driven with a strong can-do attitude and focusing on how to get past a hard problem instead of finding reasons why something would not work
- good understanding of risk/compliance environment within financial services is a plus
- good understanding of agile working methodology is a plus
- excellent conceptual, story-lining and presentation skills
- excellent communicator (verbally and in presentation), able to convey complex ideas in a simple comprehensive way
- very organized, with an eye for detail and accustomed to tight deadlines
- fluent in English
