Betreiben eines systematischen Strategie Managements: Beobachten der Umfeldentwicklung, Ableitung von Handlungsoptionen, Strategie-Controlling, konsolidierte Unternehmensplanung und Monitoring der Strategie-Risiken

Strategy Execution: Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei der Umsetzung der Strategie, Orchestrierung von strategischen Initiativen

Innovation Management: Ausschöpfung des Innovationspotenzials im Rahmen der Erweiterung bestehender Ökosysteme und Nutzung der Synergiepotenziale in der Migros Gruppe

Nachhaltigkeits-Management: Identifikation und Umsetzung des Nachhaltigkeitsanspruchs der Migros Bank, Ausschöpfung der marktseitigen Positionierungspotenziale

**Was du mitbringst**:
**Master-Studium (Universität, Fachhochschule)**:Betriebswirtschaft, Ökonomie

**8 Jahre Berufs
- sowie über 4 Jahre Führungserfahrung**:Unternehmensentwicklung

**Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)**:**Englisch (verhandlungssicher)**:
Profunde Kenntnisse der Innovationsmethoden und -konzepte inkl. Design Thinking, Lean Start-up
