**GBS IS Head of Consumer Experience**:

The ability to give ABB’s IS consumers a great user experience and therefore increase not only satisfaction levels but productivity too, is a key pillar to the IS strategy and operating model. Hence the importance of the role that leads this - the IS Head of Consumer Experience (CX).

**This position reports to**:
Group Function Head - Information Systems, GBS-IS Head

**Your responsibilities**:

- Increasing consumers’ productivity & satisfaction and improving consumer overall experience when using IS services
- Driving the simplification, optimization, and automation of consumer processes and services, with end-to-end accountability to continuously improve the consumer journey
- Collaborating with the Business CIOs, internal GBS-IS leaders, Corporate IS and 3rd party suppliers to ensure services perform to business expectations
- Managing and prioritizing the portfolio of projects and service improvement initiatives driven by strategy and continuous business improvement
- Managing a budget and agreed upon SLAs with the Business, while staying compliant and secure
- Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee

**Your background**:

- Above 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaboration is a key requirement
- Strong communication and transformational leadership skills
- Commercial mindset and ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of consumer needs
- Enthusiasm for making the technology experience enjoyable and productive
