**How you will help to create value with Data and AI**

Xebia Data is on a mission to empower organizations to win with Data & AI. We achieve this by guiding clients in building, training, and organizing their data and AI capabilities. You will spearhead the development and leadership of our Data & AI strategy services in Switzerland, collaborating closely with the Swiss Data & AI leadership team and a dedicated group of data strategists based in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will encompass business development, active client project engagement, and the establishment of the Swiss strategy team from the ground up. **What you will do to make organizations AI-driven**

You will work closely with the global and regional Data & AI Leadership to drive go-to-market strategy, Data & AI strategy team growth, and P&L. You will liaise with leadership and stakeholders from all business domains to ensure your plans receive ample support and sponsorship within the organization. Your involvement extends beyond strategy formulation; you will also have the opportunity to bring your strategies to life. By working hand-in-hand with our team of exceptional data translators, scientists, and engineers, you will execute the solutions you envision, allowing you to witness the tangible impact of your efforts.
