Lead and mentor our data analytics and data science team, fostering a culture that thrives on insights, is outcome-oriented, embraces collaboration, and never stops learning.

As Head of Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging analytics to drive business growth and innovation

Communicate and present analytical insights in a clear and actionable manner to teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders, influencing company and product strategy, as well as tactical decisions.

Partner closely with our Head of Product, Customer Experience, and Engineering, as well as other stakeholders, to understand business and customer needs and priorities.

Together with our Head of Data in Engineering, build a roadmap of strategic capabilities that align with our overall business objectives.

Drive the design and support implementation of robust analytics frameworks to track, measure, report, and analyze product and company performance, as well as user engagement.

Utilize advanced data science methodologies (predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis) to uncover growth opportunities, solve customer and business problems, and enhance decisions.

Constantly enhance data literacy in the whole organization.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

High proficiency in Google Stack (GCP, GA4, Looker) and visualization tools.

Experience in eCommerce or the retail sector.
