Our team Analytics Transformation is responsible for managing and coordinating business-driven changes in our analytics landscape in collaboration with our business stakeholders, IT department as well as our sister team Data Analytics. As part of the Swiss Stock Exchange release train, we navigate the execution of our data analytics roadmap and strategy.
Connecting people, processes, as well as sharing knowledge is important to us in order to enable a comprehensive approach to transforming our business. This is why we are looking for an interested talent who is keen on a career in the financial service sector as well as to leave a personal footprint within SIX.

**What You Will Do**:

- support the execution of our data analytics strategy and assist the transition to a cloud-based data analytics environment on Microsoft Azure
- assist in identifying and planning requested features, epics and stories for Data Management and Data Analytics teams
- help create an enterprise business data and analytics architecture
- collaborate with internal (business) stakeholders, architects, business analysts, data engineers, and data scientists, as well as IT representatives
- support the continuous improvement of existing analytics and data management processes and structures
- support data analytics, data governance and access management initiatives

**What You Bring**:

- degree in Business Engineering, Business Analysis, Business Informatics or a similar field
- very good understanding of big data technologies and enterprise analytics architectures as well as data modelling
- practical knowledge in data science, business intelligence, data lake housing, SQL as well as python programming
- good understanding of agile change delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- proactive personality with very good communication skills and proficient in German and English
