**Junior Digital Platform Manager (f/m/d) - 12 months**

As the Junior Digital Platform Manager (f/m/d), you will drive data quality control and governance, collaborating with data science leads and analytics translators to identify data needs and to enable seamless data readiness.

You will excel in maintaining metadata, ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability. You will be responsible for local functional excellence related to the globally provided salesforce ecosystem including A-Level Support, enhancements, and user training.

Your dynamic role involves engaging various stakeholders such as Local Analytics Translators, assigned Data Scientist Steward Communities, First Line Sales Managers, Medical Advisors, and Local Medical Field Forces and demanding a unique blend of skills to navigate data management, tech collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- You are responsible for all existing - as well as for creation and design of new local Tableau reports and dashboards
- You identify, capture, and generate new data points (e.g., eShop, external sources, google analytics,) and create the necessary data pipelines
- You ensure data availability and quality related to all local data assets and ensure best in class local reporting/analytics environment
- You analyze data quality and completeness, identify risk areas, and recommend solutions for same
- You manage release management of software updates related to the CRM landscape Performs ad hoc data requests and analyses
- You handle all interface topics related to the CRM and reporting landscape

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have completed a university degree in computer science, database management, management information systems, or a related field
- You bring at 1- 3 years’ work experience in data management/engineering
- You are data savvy and demonstrate solid analytical skills
- You are a good communicator with strong service orientation skills
- You speak fluent German and English, French is an advantage
