For further evolution of our data team, we are looking for an empathic team-lead & analytics mastermind who wants to shape the future of data & business insights at neon.

Tasks
- Lead and grow a small team of Data Analyst & Data Engineer
- Define and drive the data & analytics strategy & roadmap for neon
- Leverage state-of-the-art analysis methods & tools to generate business insights and a deep, actionable customers understanding
- Manage insight and data operations demand of stakeholders across the organization (CRM, marketing, product, ops, tech)
- Own and constantly evolve our DWH data model
- Own and progress our current Data Platform including BI/CRM tools, data warehouse, and data pipelines together with the platform team
- Help establish and instill standards, methods, and best practices for data analyses across the company, incl. tracking, data quality and governance, BI architecture, A/B testing, and deploying models to production

**Requirements**:

- You have 5+ years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence / analytics engineering coupled with first leadership experience
- You have excellent SQL, solid Python skills and profound practice in data modelling
- You have a strong understanding of BI/data warehousing/data pipelining, transformation orchestration with modern architectures (e.g. dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Postgres), BI Systems (e.g. Redash, Count)
- You have a passion to build, develop, and grow a team and data organization
- You're always on the lookout for trends, love learning and building new things
