About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner who is involved in launching complex cross-team projects. A problem solver who can understand a complex task, decompose it, define the requirements for the solution, consider alternatives, choose the best solution, describe it as a technical task for the technical team, define success criteria, and accept the result.

You will report to the CPO and lead the cross-functional team — including engineering, design, legal, and go-to-market — to deliver a secure, user-friendly, and scalable product that aligns with our business goals and exceeds user expectations. Job description
- Analyze complex tasks and break them down into manageable components
- Form requirements for the solution and describe technical specifications for technical teams
- Consider alternative approaches and select the most effective solution
- Determine project success criteria and monitor task completion
- Interact with development teams, compliance, business units, and external partners
- Conduct project activities to launch new solutions and integrations

**Qualifications**:
You have:

- Experience in managing several products simultaneously in technology or fintech companies for at least 4 years
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, Web3, KYC/Compliance, travel rules
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical problems and formulate clear requirements
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve product issues
- Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and the ability to make informed decisions
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the result

Will be a plus:

- Experience in the fintech and blockchain domain
- Entrepreneurial experience, such as launching your own business or startup
