In the role as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for our custom CRM development for the real estate sector. You will oversee all future development related to our Real Estate Agent and Sales Coordinator experiences. You will work closely with 3 to 6 developers, provide clarity and direction through well-written and contextualized product specifications and work with all stakeholders (end users, UX/UI designers, business stakeholders) to create the right product solutions to their problems.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Ensure that the team always has a sufficient number of prepared and appropriately described tasks in the backlog
- Test all development by your team and ensure that an appropriate QA process is followed prior to each release.
- Participate in the creation of ad hoc text and translations for your products' user interfaces.
- Play an active role in mitigating obstacles to the successful completion of the team's release/sprint goals.
- Lead your team's product release plan and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
- Assess the value of each story and prioritize accordingly to ensure the team is focused on maximizing results.
- Publish relevant release notes and user guides and provide all necessary training to your end users.
- Study your market, monitor end-user satisfaction and achievement of key goals.
- Contribute to the overall product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
- Keep abreast of product management best practices and actively contribute to the structure of our department.

- University diploma in Computer Science, Product Management or relevant field
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledges of agile methodologies
- Design appetite, UI/UX being a plus
