The Citrix Partner Product Management team is driving the large, fastest growing business through Citrix Service Providers, Global System Integrators and Channel partners. This team is the face of Citrix products for partners scaling the business across the globe.

We are looking for inspired and driven individuals to join the team in building the products, platform and services needed to deliver on the Citrix vision for the hybrid work through partners. This role will focus on driving the product strategy and roadmap through partners in Europe and based in Europe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive product, feature and component level requirements definition for Citrix products based on partner needs to make the partners successful and drive scalable business for Citrix
- Work with the sales team for Global System Integrators, Citrix Service Providers and Channel to build the working relationship with top partners in the region, build deep understanding of their business, technology, deployment architecture and future plans
- Building the compete landscape for Citrix products from partner perspective and drive the plans to counter that
- Leading partner briefing on Citrix technologies, participate in partner events, driving partner advisory board with Citrix leadership
- Participate and define the business, product strategy and annual operating plan for Citrix business through partners with growth trajectory for ARR and bottom line
- Citrix Internal evangelisation of partner business and technology to build empathy and understanding of partner ecosystem
- Be the face of Citrix for partners helping them in driving their requirements, support issues, engagements with Citrix stakeholders
- Guide the prioritisation and planning with various product and engineering teams to execute on partner requirements in Citrix products
- Effectively execute on the product requirements with Citrix engineering team to release with high quality and specification required by partners, and drive adoption for the products
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with external & internal stakeholders throughout the organisation to determine goals and drive visibility and alignment on progress towards objectives
- Propose, initiate and prioritise products/projects within the product group to progress business goals. Assist in determining the best solution, provide data driven validation, and measure success of team objectives, including authoring outcome-based goals and KPIs
- Lead the market validation activities, such as partner prospect interviews and market analysis as part of new product or feature planning.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- 10+ years’ experience in Product management/Sales Engineering/Technology Consulting or related discipline for enterprise software
- Experience with virtualization, ZTNA, cloud technologies in hybrid and SaaS computing model
- Experience with highly technical products; direct experience with cloud, SaaS a plus
- Experience presenting to customers, partners, internal teams and leadership on a regular basis; ability to solicit and synthesise input from customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience developing productive relationships externally & internally and coordinating product management across product development, technical support, pre-sales, sales, service delivery and partner organisations
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and gain the cooperation necessary across the organisation to successfully deliver to schedules/deadlines
- Prior experience in partner management is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of the product requirements definition and agile software development processes in the creation of software products. Familiarity with a variety of development, engineering, and sales processes (Agil
