Head of Product Management

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Head of Product Management, who gets excited by the challenge of working together to build the right SaaS product for our Enterprise pharma clients. Since we are a fast-growing startup, this role will expose you to all
phases of a company, from medium-sized business up to the enterprise stage. You will take on the ownership of our existing SaaS product (post-market-fit) and establish the product management function in order to continue innovating and ensuring that our clients benefit most from our offering. This experience will be challenging, but if you’re the right person, the perspective of being exposed to the full spectrum of challenges Product Management has to offer (from small to large sized company) will excite you and develop your skills like no other place. You will report directly to our CEO, have direct reports and be at the forefront of helping patients gaining access to cutting edge treatments through Artificial Intelligence.

Tasks
- Ensure that our current products are positioned in the right way, contain the right features, addressing the right users in the right way to maximize the client’s value, the renewal likelihood and our total available market per product while minimizing our customization-per-client
- Define a product strategy and roadmap to new products, with responsibility to release new products end-to-end
- Competitive intelligence gathering to ensure that we are investing our resources where we are primarily differentiating in a sustainable manner (defensibility) while bringing most value to our clients.
- Pricing strategy around our platform and apps
- Lead and set the company’s product’s strategic direction, defining, and articulating new opportunities, and working in close concert with executive leadership, technology teams, and various client facing teams to articulate specific goals.
- Establish/Amend processes for all phases of product management in a lean and agile manner: discovery, opportunity assessment, prototyping, testing, implementation, marketing, onboarding of users and customer excellence

- We hire generalists, because your role will evolve with our growth, and you will take on more / diverse responsibilities primarily based on what you identify as important points that need an owner.

**Requirements**:

- You’re a seasoned (Software-) Product Management professional (5 years+)
- Pharma experience or experience in consulting these functions is a huge plus
- You are an energetic innovator, who regularly falls in love with the problem you’re solving (not necessarily with the solution)
- You are customer-oriented and strive to exceed expectations of clients
- You are a fast-learning generalist who thrives in a high-growth environment that constantly shows your limits and requires you to learn new skills quickly
- Our default language across all our offices is English
- You would be able to work out of our Switzerland-office in Zug at least 3 days a week
- You’re a results-oriented self-starter
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
