We create high quality short content designed for the mobile and social era. Our style of storytelling allows us to speak to our community as equals, in a constructive tone.

More than 700,000 people follow KAPAW in French and German on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. This community attention and interest is also what helped KAPAW work with large brands using its branded content format.

We are currently looking for a Head of Content to join our team. Your goal is to manage KAPAW’s content strategy and team to achieve the company’s objectives in audience growth.

This is the ideal role for people passionate about KAPAW’s mission to share meaningful information and content on social media.

Tasks
- Building and managing the content strategy and editorial line to meet the audience growth objectives
- Review editorial content produced by the content team
- Content innovation by providing social media trends, useful data reports to the content team
- Developing KAPAW’s community and content pool: identify influential voices/information to highlight on KAPAW
- Developing and managing live partnerships to help build KAPAW’s brand awareness outside of social media.
- Growing the editorial and branded content team with an ongoing recruitment of internal and external talents
- Managing department budget
- Developing a strong team spirit amongst a multilingual team.
- Working closely with the revenue team to develop new commercial formats.

**Requirements**:

- A strong interest and knowledge of the topics covered by KAPAW.
- 5 years experience minimum in media or communication, project management and video production for social media.
- Strong leadership and ambitious mindset.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Data knowledge to build useful performance reports
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- Good knowledge of the Adobe suite (mainly Premiere and Photoshop).
- Attention to detail.
- Team spirit and ambitious.
- Speak English fluently.
