As a content manager, you will be generating engaging written content and ideas through research on industry-related topics and managing and attracting our community through public and private channels, working closely with the whole team to create new marketing campaigns and support our customers to boost their brands.

Tasks
- Create and publish engaging written content for diverse marketing campaigns, newsletters and social media platforms
- Managing and interacting with Crypto community via private and public channels (Telegram, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Perform SEO for content and website analysis
- Analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics (Google Analytics)
- Develop content strategy aligned with marketing targets
- Collaborate with marketing and design team to plan and develop new content
- Edit, proofread and improve posts
- Conduct marketing and industry research

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- \+2 years of proven working experience (As PDF or Link) in the Blockchain industry and published written content related to crypto or NFTs
- Publishing experience in paid channels (PPC, Google Ads, Fb ads, LinkedIn ads, ads on crypto-related platforms)
- SEO tool knowledge (Sistrix/ Screaming Frog/ STAT/ ahrefs/ GSC, GA etc.)
- Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Experience working with CMS and CRM tools (WordPress, Mailchimp, Salesforce etc.)
- Linguistic creativity and a great storytelling ability aligned with company identity

**Must Be**:

- Passionate about Blockchain Technology
- Experienced in community management and social media platforms
- Team player, loves to collaborate with others
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or above in English writing, marketing, economics or similar
- \+1 year of managing & growing an online community
- Experience managing web3 or nonprofit community
