We are shortly before launching a unique book into the global market that we want to turn into a global bestseller thanks to equally ground-breaking marketing techniques. We are currently building up our marketing to promote the book and our firm that is currently growing strongly. We are looking for a seasoned SEO Manager to join us part-time to lead our blog and SEO activities. This job can be done REMOTELY. Tasks We are looking for a seasoned SEO manager that has "been there & done it" and can own the SEO activities for our website digitalleadership(dot)com on a permanent basis. The right person has the following knowledge and experience: - Identify winning keywords that we should focus on for our upcoming blog articles and publications. - Own our blogging activities, publish blog articles, collaboratively work with contributors and writers to improve content quality to very high levels. - Finish our on-site SEO optimization. Most on-site optimization has been carried out, but a few activities are remaining. - Off-page SEO activities / backlinking: we want to start with off-page SEO marketing and want to hire a full-time person to start acting on this. You would be directly responsible for this new hire, review his work and guide him. - Support conversion optimization of our landing - and service pages as well our knowledge pages and book pages. Help create new high-converting landing pages and support key marketing initiatives to support the launch of new offerings. **Requirements**: - Broad SEO experience. More specifically and to be successful in this initiative, you need to have expert-level experience in all SEO related activities and strong conversion optimization techniques to drive book distribution and sales as well as conversions for our expanding operations. - Academic-level thinking. You will work with some respected industry leaders to create content that delivers. Also we want you to be able to understand the content of our upcoming book to be able to support repurposing the content in it a variety of ways - Strong communication qualities: you will work very closely together with our marketing lead, the founder and lead author of the book; our design lead; two developers; writers and others. **Benefits**: We have an outstanding team in place, amazing contents and a book coming out that we can expect to become a global bestseller.
