We are an international and diverse team of 33 people, 50% women, coming from 22 different countries and speaking 20 different languages.

These will be your tasks

As a SEO & Performance Lead at Ledgy, your mission is to own our performance marketing channels across search, social, display, and retargeting while ensuring our search engine optimization efforts are best in class

At Ledgy, you will...
- architect and manage our performance channels across multiple platforms
- segment our global audience with granular vertical, region, and persona-based targeting
- build roadmaps for performance, SEO, and content motions that generate qualified pipeline
- secure Ledgy’s #1 position on SERPs for our main target keywords
- ensure that return on marketing spend is in line with our growth goals
- constantly optimize key metrics to uncover opportunities to scale spend and return
- set up the analytical and testing environments that inform your strategies
- capture data-driven insights from your performance campaigns and create signals for our marketing and biz-dev functions
- manage platform budgets on a daily basis and report on performance

- I look forward to playing a key role on a high-performance team
