As a pioneer of premium sportswear brands, X-Technology Swiss R&D AG with their brands X-Bionic® und X-Socks® is looking for a Head of Product (M/F/d) as soon as possi-ble who is motivated to continuously revolutionize the sportswear industry worldwide to-gether with our ambitious team in Wollerau (Switzerland).

As Head of Product you are responsible for the whole product offer including the respective Design, Development and Product Management processes. Together with your team and un-der the direct leadership of the CEO you are driving the product strategy as well as the sea-sonal product operations.

Tasks
- Responsible for the X-Bionic and X-Socks product collections
- Leading the product team (designer, developer, product manager)
- Working into the product strategy
- Running the seasonal Go to Market process, ensuring relevant milestones
- Preparing product data
- Supporting the marketing team in preparing the seasonal product marketing content

**Requirements**:

- Successfully complete studies of business administration (or similar)
- More than 6 years of experience in product management, collection development and leadership
- Extensive experience in the sports or outdoor industry (not a must but highly favora-ble)
- Sports addict, profound understanding of the sport activities and consumer segments, in which we are operating
- Strong communication skills, ambitious mindset, open minded and teamplayer
