Glassnode is a leading market intelligence platform for on-chain and derivatives data. We offer the most comprehensive library of advanced on-chain metrics and insights for Bitcoin and hundreds of other digital assets, bringing data intelligence to the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.

**The role**:
\_\_Help us build and improve our world-class Ethereum analytics product suite that allows millions of users to gain easy access to actionable metrics and insights in a new financial paradigm.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for Ethereum Analytics, a blockchain enthusiast, and someone who understands the potential needs and pain points of our users first-hand.

You will work with product design and research to identify, design, validate, and launch simple, smart, and inspiring product features; and entirely new product lines that reflect the needs of our customers - functional, educational, and maybe even emotional.

As one of the first hires in the product team, you will shape the culture, process, and future of product development at Glassnode.

You can be located anywhere around the CET time zone, as our work is 100% online. The position is full-time.\_\_

**What you will do**:

- Acting as the CEO of your product, you will have complete ownership of an entire ETH analytics line, ensuring and setting a plan for what needs to be done for the product to succeed
- Define the product strategy in collaboration with the leadership team and deliver on the overall strategic direction of the product in line with short and long term business objectives
- Facilitate the product development lifecycle for new products or features
- Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and other team members to translate product strategy and gaps, identify and secure product-market fit, and translate the roadmap into a plan of actionable deliverables
- Stay close to our customers, lead the identification of target user segments and offer guidance on the strategic direction of the product based on market research insights
- Future expansion and mentoring of new product team members
- Track and analyze the performance of implemented changes and features
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to help form new strategies to further product and business objectives

**What you will need**:

- 4+ years of work experience in digital product management
- Proven track record of managing a full lifecycle of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to build and launch products in a complex and rapidly evolving regulatory environment
- Technical understanding and a keen interest in the cutting-edge technology: blockchain, cryptocurrency, distributed systems etc
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in web and/or mobile technologies
- You aren't afraid to do any job that comes your way. We are pretty lean at this stage, we help each other when needed
- Experience in working effectively, providing direction and leading cross-functional teams towards a mutual goal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
