As our Product Manager (f/d/m) Giving & Payment Experience you report directly to our Head of Product Reginald. As a link between many different teams, you are in charge of RaiseNow's Giving & Payment Experience.

Your mission

As Product Manager Giving & Payment Experience (f/m/d) you provide the most relevant and future-oriented fundraising tools and actionable insights. This way you boost the success of changemakers and offer a frictionless payment and giving experience for their supporters.
- You have a very broad spectrum of tasks: from strategic decisions, coordination with product development and UX to hands-on support and customer feedback
- You and your team consisting of UI/UX designers and developers create future-oriented, data driven products in full self-service. This way our customers can quickly provide an excellent donation and payment experience to their supporters
- You optimize the giving and payment forms to maximize the conversion rate and increase the changemakers’ impact while closely collaborating with other product teams to provide a frictionless experience
- You create valuable internal and external knowledge resources like webinars, whitepapers and tutorials
- You know the fundraising market, competitors, current industry standards and trends for fundraising and payments
- You are a networker: You collaborate closely with the marketing, sales and customer success teams to discover product opportunities and promote new products and features

**Profile**:

- You have relevant work experience as a product manager, product owner or digital/web project manager with a background in marketing, fundraising or business administration
- You are a connector: You have a high understanding of the needs of your various stakeholders and teams and have the ability to align them and arbitrate with your excellent communication skills
- Oral and written language skills in English (B2-C1)
- You are impact-driven, with a strong focus on the customers’ needs while having an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are a mover and shaker: You’re comfortable with agile development methodologies, are pragmatic and flexible and guide your team to provide excellent products

**Nice to have**:

- Bonus points for having a B2B, SaaS, digital payments or charity fundraising background
- Experience with data driven products is a plus
- Preferably you have experience with OKRs and the Spotify model
- German or French knowledge

- You get to know the whole ecosystem of the RaiseNow products and are in a core position to ensure a frictionless data flow from collecting data, processing payments, transferring data to CRM and accounting systems
