All mobile apps, the website and other proprietary tech and software is built in-house. - Effectively tracking and communicating project status and metrics
- Owning the Product plan and communicating progress
- Leading and ensuring development cadence
- Status reporting for your project and team
- Managing story creation and backlog
- Maintaining processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
- Coaching, mentoring and sharing information on a regular basis
- Sharing your knowledge of processes, tools and methodologies to new Product Managers

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of digital product management experience
- Fluency in English. Fluency in French and/or German is a big plus.
- Experience working successfully on an Agile team
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Led a software development team
- Experience with project management frameworks, processes, and tools
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to drive consensus
- A flexible, driven, highly-organized and self-starter personality
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative and constantly changing workplace
- Strong commitment to take ownership and make an impact while delivering quality products
- Solid understanding of Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies
- Client-facing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with the C-suite
- Experience architecting or programming software is a plus
