In the very dynamic environment of the Iconic product team, you will be a key player in the Marketing activities and development of Piaget Iconic product range.

You will take part in the definition of the strategy and the structure of new Piaget Polo collection. As such, you will define the strategy and structure and you will pilot the development and ensure the coordination between all actors (design, manufacture, supply chain, communication, international commercial direction, markets) in order to reach the turnover objectives, product rentability and launch date of novelties. You will be responsible of your product portfolio management and make recommendations based on deep performance analysis.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Orchestrating the 3 years growth & image strategy of Piaget Polo (marketing insights, understanding of our clients, identifying opportunities )
- Analyzing the performance of the watches you will take care of (data pulling/Visualization/analysis - action plans)
- Managing novelties development (product plan elaboration, creative & development briefs)
- Orchestrating & leading products launches (strategy, communication, toolkit )
- Managing the product portfolio (product life cycle, product allocation, sales performance )

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You possess a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- You have a proven professional marketing experience within the Luxury/fashion industry
- You are a collaborative team player with proven track in cross functional management and excellent communication skills
- You are an analytic thinker able to make decisions based on these analysis
- You are result-oriented
- You have strong communication skills (both written and oral) in English and French.
- You are at ease with MS Office, ThinkCell is a plus
