The largest recruitment platform in Switzerland is looking for a motivated self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats at the same time: This role is suitable for a technically minded, yet commercially thinking Product Manager who enjoys building strong relationships with external partners and businesses just as much as negotiating with their technical counterpart in the scrum team to find overall win-win solutions.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our integration with third party Application Tracking Systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions.
- Analyse technical integration specifications to assess partnership opportunity costs and feasibility
- Build and maintain close relationships with external partners and vendors
- Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace, SaaS and/or recruiting environments
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment
- Demonstrable experience managing technical integrations with third party providers
- Commercial mind-set and professional relationship building skills
- Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear
- Fluent in English; German and French is a plus
