What your day would be like

Reporting to Senior Product Manager, Airlines, Airports and Security Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of publications and solutions in the area of Airline Management, Airport & Passenger Experience, Ground Operations, Security, and Sustainability.

This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, shaping product portfolio strategic roadmap, and working closely with Subject Matter Experts, as well as operational teams to ensure product, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals are exceeded. You will be responsible for identifying new products and opportunities, and leading multifunctional teams to support new product development and introduction to the market. As a Product Manager, you will also represent the department in cross-departmental initiatives and leading projects focusing on standardizing and streamlining processes related to your portfolio.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for the assigned portfolio;
- End-to-end product management including developing products and publications in growth areas, pricing, budgeting and forecasting and administration of products;
- Identify, define, evaluate, and champion new product ideas and enhancements, and lead their development and implementation;
- Achieve/exceed the Revenue and Profit targets of the portfolio;
- Provide management with financial reporting for the portfolio;
- Develop excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and external key accounts;
- Lead monthly commercial review meetings with internal departments;
- Oversee the production process of publications in close cooperation with operational functions, IATA Subject Matter Experts and outside partners for a successful delivery of publications to the market;
- Define and execute the overall marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the respective teams;
- Represent the department in cross-departmental initiatives and lead projects focusing on standardizing and streamlining processes related to publications portfolio;
- Manage competitive and market intelligence studies to support objectives.

We would love to hear from you if

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent degree;
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business development, or marketing/sales activities;
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing projects;
Experience in new product concept development, feature definition and development of innovative business models;
Aviation industry background is desired but not required;
Strong leader, comfortable in managing multifunctional teams and external suppliers;
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders;
Comfortable in public speaking and influencing audiences;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
