About the team you are joining

The Distribution and Payment team’s main goal is to help airlines and other airline industry players move towards a modern retailing approach, using Offers and Orders and recent IATA standards such as NDC and ONE Order. This is done through stakeholder engagement, implementation support, and industry tools.
The Airline Retailing Maturity (ARM) index provides airlines and their partners with improved visibility of their own and other organizations’ retailing maturity. The ARM index looks at an industry player’s technical capabilities, partnerships, and potential value captured while on the journey to modern airline retailing. This tool is constantly evolving as does the maturity of the industry and IATA is beginning to use ARM index information to help measure progress of transformation at the industry level and to see trends where we can be most helpful to the industry.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team to help support the evolution of the ARM index and industry activities.

What your day would be like
- Execute operational processes within the ARM index, including communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and process workflows
- Analyze data to support airline retailing activities
- Build, document and maintain data visuals (e.g. Power BI dashboards) in support of IATA’s airline retailing initiatives
- Assist in reviewing and proofreading documentation
- Support ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as required.

We would love to hear from you if
- University graduate with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Program, project and/or product management experience.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Familiar with data visualization and analysis tools and techniques. Proficient in using Power BI, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Experience with programming/scripting languages. Familiar with XML message formats and related technologies is a plus.
