The **Business Consultant Distribution (SAP OTC, PTP, LE-eWM)**, is a member of the Enterprise Application Services Europe team based in Meyrin, Geneva.

He/She is primarily responsible for managing and/or supporting the Distribution organization.

We are supporting 13 Maisons within around 17 countries in Europe as well as our Richemont Regional functions (Finance, Customer Service and Logistics) using Enterprise Application SAP ERP, internally called “SAP Gemini”, dealing in this position with multiples SAP domains such as OTC, PTP and LE-eWM.

We are interacting with a large community of Key-Users (around 350).

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Receive requests for information or issues through incidents (level 2 support). Resolve and/or coordinate resolution (e-g: service-desk or group technology teams - level 3 support) according to the Service Level Agreement. Discuss and evaluate the priority and risks.
- Partner with the business on projects and initiatives leveraging the usage of SAP Gemini, or any related to distribution field; follow up with validation and implementation.
- Act as a bridge between business teams (e-g: Distribution Performance teams, Business Process Integrators, Commercial teams) and technical teams (SAP teams).
- Prepare, organize, and coordinate test sessions during projects, release/maintenance cycles and regional deployment of the solution
- Perform periodical non-regression tests to secure the quality and stability of the solution
- Autonomy in analysing and replicating given issues/request in test environment.
- Promote and drive the utilization of the solution across our markets.
- Advise and assess any possible local solutions that interacts with the Gemini solution
- Assess the risks and constraints
- Give training to Key Users through on site or virtual sessions
- Animate Key Users community, communicate through our internal social network (Yammer) and ensure knowledge is well spread across our business users.
- Develop and update appropriate documentation (user guides, video, e-learning)
- Develops and maintains his/her knowledge and expertise of the business in the field of Specific areas of the functional area // e-g: Sales & Distribution, EDI, Stock allocation, Transfer and Wholesale pricing

**PROFILE**
- Education: Bachelor / Master in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
- Recognized and successful SAP support experiences in Distribution: OTC-PTP-LE-eWM domains, at least in last 3-5 years with Specific areas of the functional area // e-g: ATP, Pricing, master data, LE-eWM Inbound/outbound,
- Good understanding of the business practices in the (Distribution OTC-PTP) functional area, in LE-eWM and interaction with other domains (FiCo, CS, ECOM).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology a plus
- Capacity to learn and investigate transverse business flows
- Knowledge or Interest to learn new technologies (digital tool or automation)
- Service-oriented, user-focused
- Analytical and problems solving skills
- Organization skills (evaluate impacts of changes, identify risks & solutions)
- Trainer skills
- Written & oral communication skills, ability to give trainings
- Fluent English, any other European language is a plus
- The job implies travels in European countries (10% max)
