Die Abteilung Distribution stellt sicher, dass die Angebote von SRF in den linearen Radio
- und TV-Programmen sowie auf den digitalen Kanälen und Plattformen veröffentlicht werden, auf denen sich unsere Zielgruppen bewegen - mit dem richtigen Themenmix, in der richtigen Form, zur richtigen Zeit, im richtigen Umfang, mit der passenden Marke - gestützt durch ein digital ausgerichtetes Marketing.

**Was sind Ihre Aufgaben?**: Innerhalb des Kanalmanagements, im Bereich «Digitales Plattform-Management», engagieren Sie sich in einem Team von Fachexperten für folgende Themen (teilweise remote möglich):
- Weiterentwicklung und Übersetzung der userzentrierten Audio-Distributionsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit UX Design, Technologie, Marketing, Analytics und den redaktionellen Teams
- Entwickeln von Massnahmen für die Erreichung der strategischen Ziele sowie Umsetzung von Features zur Optimierung der auditiven Nutzererlebnisse auf den digitalen Plattformen (Web und Apps)
- Monitoring zur Qualitätssicherung der umgesetzten Massnahmen aus Produktperspektive in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Analytics und Marketing
- Analysieren des Audiomarktes sowie zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung der Erkenntnisse von Wettbewerbsanalysen aus Business
- und aus Usersicht

- Verständnis dafür, wie User:innen Audio-Inhalte konsumieren; Affinität für Trends in der digitalen Distribution von Audio-Inhalten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des Audiomarktes aus User
- und aus Business-Sicht (idealerweise kombiniert mit Branchenwissen im Bereich Podcast)
- Starke Projektleitungsqualitäten, insbesondere überzeugende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Anspruch, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und den Willen, Veränderungen anzustossen; Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungskraft und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
