Pour notre client une maison de luxe de grand renom sur la plateforme Genevoise, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e): "Marketing Product Manager". **Vos responsabilités**: Assurer une veille produits/marchés et une veille technique avec la collaboration des consommateurs et commerciaux Analyser et synthétiser les opportunités, les tendances des marchés, les résultats et les évolutions des circuits de distribution Etudier l'offre et evolution de la concurrence et des fournisseurs Coordonner la conception et le lancement de nouveaux produits ou gammes Elaborer des projets d'évolution de gammes Concevoir le cahier des charges commercial d'un nouveau produit pour les créateurs designers qu'il contribue à sélectionner Vérifier sa faisabilité technique avec le bureau d'études techniques Participer à la validation du projet et définir les éléments du mix en collaboration avec la direction marketing ou commerciale Coordonner les actions à mener par les différents services, partager l'information nécessaire et suivre son projet jusqu'au lancement En appui aux réseaux commerciaux, contribuer au plan de communication et de promotion Présenter les nouveautés aux équipes commerciales et aux distributeurs **Fournir toutes les informations nécessaires**: cibles, tarifs, argumentaires et préconisations de campagnes de promotion Contribuer à la formation et à la réalisation des outils d'aide à la vente : fiches produit, guides de vente, catalogue, PLV, etc. Participer activement aux salons professionnels Gérer l'évolution des gammes et résoudre les problèmes relatifs aux produits Analyser les résultats du produit sur le marché et les comparer aux objectifs Vérifier sa qualité, sa rentabilité et son évolution Coordonner les résolutions de problèmes relatifs aux produits, réajuster le mix et proposer des ameliorations Progression des résultats économiques de sa gamme de produits Lancement de gammes ou de produits dans le respect des délais **Profil recherché**: 3 ans minimum d’expérience au sein d’un environnement de produits luxe Êtes au bénéfice d’une formation supérieure en marketing Êtes sensible à l’univers du luxe maitrisez les codes et du packaging Maitrise d'Excel et de Power Point Disposez de très bonnes compétences analytiques Maitrisez le français et l’anglais
