Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager passionate about user-focused experiences. In this key role, you will drive the adoption of Mina by promoting its tech offerings to a diverse audience of developers and blockchain enthusiasts. You will become a brand and technical champion, ensuring the marketing team’s accuracy of technical concepts and the wider team's commitment to the brand tone, look, and feel.

**Requirements**:

- The respondibilities of the role will include: User Research and Journey Mapping: Design a best-in-class user journey for each key user group by leading user research efforts and collaborating with cross-functional department leads to build a robust funnel with strategic touchpoints for each user group.
- Website Project Management: Liaise with creative, web development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the Mina Protocol and Mina Foundation websites reflect the brands and empower a strong user journey. You will act as the main project owner for website redesigns and continuous web updates.
- Brand Management: Learn, breathe, and embrace the Mina brand to become an internal ambassador, ensuring it is represented consistently at every touchpoint of the user journey. Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to establish messaging that deeply reflects the product and user care, and develop a system for seamless adoption across all departments.
- Content Strategy: Develop a quarterly content strategy based on your user research. You will support the project management and review of content development including brand creative, product videos, tutorials, website copy, blog posts, product mockups, etc.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and competitors offerings to adjust marketing strategy as needed, ensuring our approach remains effective and our messaging remains relevant.
- You MUST have the following experience:

- 2+ years of product marketing experience for a complex product with a technical user base.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be capable of creating content that tells a compelling story that explains Mina’s benefits to potential users, while also effectively communicating internally to gather input from other departments.
- Deep understanding of the blockchain landscape and avid learner in the space. Can also stay updated on emerging competitor offerings to quickly adjust our marketing when needed.
- Familiarity with website hosting platforms such as WordPress.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Results-driven with a strong analytical mindset and effective problem-solving abilities.
- A flair for creative thinking and a genuine passion for marketing to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience
