We are looking for a highly creative and innovative Product Marketing Manager B2C who loves to establish and further develop services and features for our Jobseekers.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- You monitor the implementation, improvement, development and growth of jobseeker service functionalities from a technical side
- You scale testing environments across all JobCloud platforms and implement learnings across the board
- You take an active role in developing the strategic direction of jobseeker support services and their functionalities
- You guide internal and external research projects, evaluate the learnings and define next steps
- You develop and implement new technological tools that support jobseekers in their job search
- You scale the growth of service offerings based on data supported research

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree, ideally in a marketing research or business related field
- 4+ years’ experience in Project or Product Management, preferably in B2C area
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects across various clients and stakeholders and to guide and scale project development in a corporate environment
- Affinity for analytical and data related tasks
- Ideally experience using Intercom
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills are required
- Strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Very good verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English (German or French is a Plus)
