We are looking for a highly creative Junior Marketing Communications Manager B2C who loves to advise Jobseekers on how to find the job they love and help them navigate our platforms in French and English.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- You are the contact person for our Jobseekers on all topics related to our website and job search
- You create and share content based on jobseekers needs, and you contribute to the development of our content strategy
- You monitor and analyze the performance of tools used to support jobseekers in their job search
- You organize events in the Swiss Romandie in close collaboration with internal and external partners

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- You ideally have a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a Marketing, Communications or Business Management related field
- You gathered first experience in a Customer Success area (ideally B2C) and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects across various clients and stakeholders
- You describe yourself as a continuous learner with an entrepreneurial style and great interpersonal skills and are able to work independently as well as part of a team
- You have exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills in French and English
