If you would like to kick-start your career at Caterpillar in a cutting-edge role - look no further. Caterpillar is looking for a **Marketing Communications Consultant **in Geneva. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of various marketing campaigns activities, including creative development.

**What You Will Do**:

- Support the business objective and opportunities to develop and align the marketing tactics
- Conduct market/competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Monitor metrics to review the effectiveness of existing marketing tactics
- Maintaining effective communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing business target
- Work together with local industry representatives to understand the business and their needs
