Global Construction Industries Service Division is looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Consultant who develops and executes regional plans within the marketing communications discipline for key Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) initiatives.

The position is versed in digital marketing tactics, omni-channel strategy, lead generation/sales conversion, branding and marketing analytics. The individual will support customer-centric marcom initiatives related to maintenance, repair and rebuild, hydraulics aftermarket options.

**What You Will Do**:

- Position leads projects, regional in scope and works with senior management to achieve objectives for the division.
- Manages the compliance of its own assignments and keeps up to date with new industry trends, customer engagement, and changing consumer behaviors affecting the competitive environment.
- This position plays a significant role in the regional events and trade shows such as Bauma Munich. Key skills include strong project management, ability to collaborate globally, innovative ideas to showcase a memorable customer experience.
- At this level, leadership skills and the ability to sell ideas are being developed. Must communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and/or customer audiences to gain understanding and acceptance of ideas and recommendations.
- Must have ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.
- Good human relations skills are required to develop a collaborative/cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the business unit.

**What Will Put Ahead**:

- Requires a college degree or equivalent experience with 4-8 years of marketing experience.
- Proficient in the marketing communications discipline.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have strong writing/presentation skills and examples of successful communication plans and results.
- Solid written and verbal skills necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to deal with issues crossing boundaries or persuade others inside or outside the organization to take action.
- Project management of tradeshows, event planning and execution.
- Understanding of construction industry and aftermarket solutions is preferred but not required.

**Additional Information**:

- Must be open to travel up to 25% travel.
- No relocation package will be offered.
- Not eligible for payroll transfer and ISE
- A hybrid role will be required to be in the office 3 times a week.
- French language will be advantageous.

A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
