**_ The Head of Corporate Marketing Communications_** is a strategic leader, planner responsible for:
- Driving the development and implementation of a focused marketing, communications, and brand strategy to sharpen SITA brand positioning, to support the long-term business plans and position SITA as an innovative digital leader in the air transportation industry.
- Marketing communications of key customers initiatives across channels
- A champion for the prioritization and delivery of impactful, relevant messages to customers with one cohesive voice across SITA

What you will do_**
- Lead prioritization and delivery of customer messaging in a unified voice across SITA channels, in close collaboration with key business / stakeholder teams
- Global brand positioning with integrated strategies and execution plans to drive business results to drive the business forward.
- Own and coordinate the SITA marketing, communication, and brand strategy, partnering with key stakeholders and creative agencies
- Lead owned channel monetization and partner placements to drive revenue, profitability and partner value across multiple owned channels and placements.
- Lead central teams (strategy and planning, content creation, brand and agency, marketing analytics, strategic and crisis communications)
- Lead marketing transformation to increase the focus on digital channels and agile delivery
- Create an annual marketing plan and coordinate execution
- Strategic brand planning. Analyze every aspect of the SITA brand to develop a memorable market identity and that communicates who SITA are and what we do.
- Insights and analytics. Predict, acquire and analyze metrics.
- Develop and evolve the SITA tone and voice across our communications; Ensure the SITA value proposition is articulated through clear positioning and brand vision
- Stakeholder management: work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales and product management to ensure there is buy in and understanding about future marketing campaigns.
- Leads customer communication strategy and digital communications that upsell/ cross
- sell product opportunities with a focus on enhancing SITA revenue and profit generation global and localized programs and campaigns designed to elevate brand awareness and positioning for the brand, and generate leads
- Plan, execute and measure all external communications and media actions on all channels
- Create and deliver an internal communications plan that brings colleagues on the SITA journey, embeds the SITA story, our strategy and promotion of the values
- Continuously embed strategic elements such as talent magnetism and CSR into SITA storytelling
- Create a wider SITA marketing Community of Practice by actively engaging all key internal stakeholders, including SITA leadership team.
- Leverage diverse communication tools and content to build engagement and develop a culture based on a consistent two-way flow of information.
- Positive leadership of multiple managers and their teams to deliver strong performance, as well as to improve individual employee engagement, satisfaction, and career development.
- Work with regional teams to assess SITA's market perception and gather marketing intelligence.
- Validate regional analysis of customers of key competitors operating in the region with the aim of continuously improving SITA's marketing strategy and messaging.
Qualifications:

- Qualifications and Experience:_
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, related Communications field or equivalent experience; advance degree preferred
- 7 years of experience in leadership roles, as well as a demonstrated track record of progression
- 7 years of Marketing, Brand and Communications experience
- 5 years of Marketing Analytics experience across multiple channels
- Marketing Technology tools/ platform experience preferred
- Passion for innovation, speed to market, and team - based solution development
- Ability to be an action
- oriented and results driven leader, with a natural aptitude for engaging employees across multiple workgroups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to handle complex topics comfortably and to interact effectively with all levels, both verbally and written
- Demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative, build relationships, form consensus, and negotiate successfully with a broad range of experienced professionals throughout the company
- Demonstrated capacity to take data-informed decisions and assess business performance
