**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

COMMUNICATIONS
- Maintain and update the departmental editorial calendar to support the deployment of marketing content.
- Contribute to the creation of content for a variety of platforms including social media channels, newsletters and print publications.
- Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders, as required.
- Provide proofreading support in accordance with the brand style guide.

EMAIL MARKETING
- Support newsletter content development and activation.
- Deliver support to the Marketing and Communications Manager in the review of the hotel newsletters.

SOCIAL MEDIA
- Assist with social media content planning (ideation and drafting of posts).
- Handle community management across the various brand social media channels.
- Assist with the planning and organisation of influencers' collaboration trips.
- Support the migration of the UGC platform and post-launch maintenance.

OTHER
- Provide day-to-day operational support.
- Maintain departmental documents to ensure that all communications are up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle the monthly forecasting of the departmental budgets and assist with the annual Business Plan process.
- Assist with the development of training materials to support hotels.

**DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Young graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of photography and videography as well as creative programmes such as Photoshop or Canva is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with other departments, regions and business units and represent the Marketing and Communications department with tact and professionalism at all times.
- Strong attention to detail; must be accustomed to proofreading work carefully before submitting it.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Valid working permit in Switzerland, Swiss or EU citizenship.
