In order to reinforce our Swiss team based in Geneva, Bulgari is looking for a

**CRM & Marketing Coordinator**

Reporting directly to our Omnichannel & Events Manager, you will foster the spread of CRM culture among all Bulgari stores company involving all relevant actors in a positive cycle of performance improvement and innovation, putting customers at the top in each, and every planned and launched initiative.

You will promote, develop, and manage the One-to-One communication program, including commercial and delight activities set according to client’s purchasing propensity, needs and culture to keep Bulgari in a top-of-mind position.

You will provide analytics and reporting tools to local team and monitor the results for adjustment.

Accountabilities
- **_CRM coordination_**
- CRM performance monitoring: monitor KPI and metrics to engage/convert new clients and improve retention/lifetime value of existing ones.
- Perform customer data analysis to make recommendations on sales and marketing.
- Best practice sharing with HQ & peers, ensuring a smooth and efficient adoption of new tools & features, working hand in hand with in-store CRM Key users.
- CRM content creation: one-to-many communication / Catalogs / DEM campaigns.
- Provide targeted lists of clients / prospects to store manager to secure attendance of identified client to events.
- Be the market referent for Customer service team queries linked to CRM (BAA, Facilitated sales).
- Provide guidelines, CRM on-boarding trainings and full support to local sales teams.
- Manage the local CRM budget.
- **_Digital/web_**
- Be the market referent for corporate website updates.
- Update Store locator.
- **_Marketing_**
- Coordination & participation of regionals and internationals events.
- Follow-up of the budget (new supplier creation, purchase order management, invoices follow-up).
- Ad-hoc support on transversal projects.

**Profile**:
You have a master’s degree in marketing or Business School with 2-3 years’ experience on CRM management, ideally in Retail.

Service and result-oriented, you are team player with a positive mindset.

You have very strong analytical skills in addition to knowledge of analytical or database software, particularly CRM (Salesforce), and good command of Google analytics. You have a strong business acumen and are capable of transforming figures analysis into business recommendations.

Curious, you are willing to discover and evolve within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Highly self-motivated, well organized, you have sharp attention to details.

With strong project management and time management skills, you can work under pression and on multiple projects simultaneously.

Hands-on, you are willing to travel in Switzerland among our stores.

Finally, you speak French and English, German and/or Italian are an advantage.
