**CRM Manager position**

To support a small yet growing team in a Geneva start-up, we are looking for our CRM Manager for a 60 to 80% contract.

Below your missions (non exhaustive):

- Expand the existing client and potential client database
- Define newsletter templates according to the brand’s DNA
- Work out the newsletter content calendar together with the Marketing & Social Media Manager
- Set-up our CRM software to send newsletters according to the defined strategy
- Use CRM system to manage client relationships
- Collect and analyse customer data
- Produce and release monthly CRM reports
- Handle customer complaints together with the rest of the team
- Together with the Marketing & Social Media Manager, create and develop campaigns aiming at recruiting new consumers and increasing the average purchase amount

ADDITIONAL MISSION:

- Be the interface with our IT support manager

WHAT ABOUT YOU ?
- You have a Master Degree
- You have a professional level of English
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in the CRM field
- You are very much at ease with researching accurate information online (good knowledge of SEO, Google Search)
- At ease with reporting and analytical tools
- Good understanding of data management and databases
- Experience in marketing a plus
- Thrives in a start-up environment, very autonomous, proactive, not afraid of quick changes requiring adaptability, happy to take on new missions as per business needs

**Job Types**: Part-time, 60-80%, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 Hour Shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus
