Marketing Coordinator

Under the leadership of the General Manager, responsible for work including, but not limited to: marketing information management, planning and implementation of market research, management of marketing operations, digital marketing management, and other related work.
- Develop inspirational branding strategies including but not limited to: corporate identity, messaging, and marketing tools (such as product portfolio, websites, roll-ups, banners, etc.)
- Continuously monitor and improve the digital portfolio in meeting the needs of the targeted customers, with the right usability, design, and content.
- Work closely with sales department to understand their offline and digital marketing needs and objectives and quickly develop action plans.
- Cooperate with sales team to develop and implement customer acquisition / engagement programs and campaigns.
- Continuous market study, data analysis and evaluation of the market conditions and competitor data.
- Maintain the relationships with the web developer(s) and supervise its permanent support and design updates.
- Support sales team in the preparation of marketing material and tools for professional fairs and exhibitions.
- Runs a market study on e-mobility distribution market.
- Work in close cooperation with the relevant digital / social media and creatives agencies.
- Ensure a successful customer experience in a multichannel context by using customer journey mapping and developing digital marketing roadmap.
- Manage the day-to-day monitoring and activities to maximize digital performance and responsible for the traffic generated to all of digital channels via paid and organic. - Devise strategies to drive traffic, adoption and engagement of our digital channels, tracking conversion rates and driving ongoing timely improvements.
- Report digital performance including website traffic, social media benchmarks, etc.
