Be One Of Not Many Integrated within CRM and Digital teams, the CRM coordinator is in charge of implementing the operational aspects of Vacheron Constantin’s customer acquisition and retention strategy. Working closely with markets and headquarter team, he/she is key point of contact for communication and clienteling topics. **How will you make the difference?** Global CRM coordination (55%) - Support CRM team for client intelligence projects and customer acquisition strategy - Coordinate operational diffusion of our international direct marketing campaigns (guidelines, targeting, execution ) and measure results by tracking ROI and suggest action plans - Work closely with the Client Data Analyst to instigate CRM analyses and disseminate insights with dedicated reporting tools - Follow-up with markets on their client performance KPIs with a high focus on Asia and US markets (two strategic regions for the Maison) - Follow up with cross-functional departments, mainly IT, Aftersales and Retail at an international level to support CRM projects implementation and day to day operations - Support the One Network strategy by supporting markets on the client data capture and activation in external boutiques - Help CRM Manager in the Global CRC Strategy implementation Elevate programme support (35%) - Participate to test sessions on Salesforce releases - Support CRM Manager on the programme Crews (Salesforce in CRCs) - Lead the implementation and the follow-up on the clienteling app (China and Rest of the World) - Support markets on the usage of Salesforce tools - Support CRM Specialist on the set-up and monitoring of the client journeys - Develop automated journeys on Asian digital platforms (Kakao, Line and WhatsApp) Asia & US CRM coordination and Digital Development (10%) - Help Asia & US regions to implement CRM strategy and reporting tools - Establish strong collaboration with China & US on specific projects **Join our International CRM team** **About You** - Minimum BA degree and above - Ability to learn complex procedure and proactive in proposing innovations - Experience in analytics, business intelligence or market research - Negotiation skills - Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM or digital or sales, luxury field is a plus - Key user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud - Computer proficient (Microsoft office and CRM software) - Fluency in spoken and written English (French and one of Asian language are a plus) **Our benefits**: - Flexible Working hours & Quality Workplace - Health & Wellness - Socially Engaged - Generous Holidays & Days Offered - Company Restaurant - Training & Learning Programs **The hiring process**: - Step 1 : Video Interview + Predictive Index - Etape 2 : Interview with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Manager - Step 3 : Final Decision Interested?
