About the team you are joining
Reporting to the Manager Administration, the Administration Assistant will be part of the Corporate Administration and Procurement (CAP) department.
What your day would be like
Support the Conference Center Customer Service and bookings, including all the activities and operations.
Maintain the Conference Center in impeccable conditions including, the furniture and plants emplacement, the communication of technical issues, furniture fixing and requirements to the Manager Administration
Proactively support all internal and external events in coordination with security and with the catering company whenever required.
Support together with the rest of the team, the new internal customer service function with the various concierge services that will be offered to internal staff (scheduling doctor’s appointments, garage visits, personal visas and passport renewal etc).
Support all ad-hoc requests coming from the Manager Administration, the technical team and the Caterer as and when required.

Ability of working under pressure and in Team
