About the team you are joining

You will be joining the IATA Certifications team and reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operation & Administration. The Intern will perform the end-to-end back-office tasks to support the delivery of the certification products and services

What your day would be like
- Perform the end-to-end (E2E) back-office tasks for customers and suppliers (OtC/PtP) on assigned contracts, back-office includes, amongst other tasks: contracting and billing, following up on workflows. following up payments
- Coordinate, from beginning to end, the administration and logistics for the delivery of the certification products and services. Coordination includes, amongst other tasks:

- Process the independent validator’s task order for the delivery of the project
- Process the Sales orders and invoices for the delivery of the project, follow up on payment and bad debts
- Provide proactive guidance to ensure a high level of customer service with timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing technical material (reports, presentations, etc.)
- Provide any other administrative tasks and support to Principal, IATA Certifications. Carry out any special project assigned. These tasks vary depending on needs and have included: maintain and update databases, websites, and support ongoing project activities.

We would love to hear from you if
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural fast-paced team environment.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to identify, analyze and resolve issues with a strong sense of attention to details.
- Hands-on with a willingness to learn/figure things out. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English skills (verbal & written), knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Excellent
- PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
