**Cash Management Product Manager**

This position will be based in Geneva for a permanent contract basis

**DAILY WORK**:

- The Cash Management Country Product Manager will be the primary local product owner and central contact in Switzerland overseeing the end-to-end management of the complete local Cash Management product portfolio.
- She / he develops a profound understanding across all relevant Cash Management products, specifically local payment and collection instruments as well as specific local liquidity management solutions.
- She / he contributes, in perfect coordination with the Cash Management Competence Centre (CMCC) and in adequacy with the Global Cash Management product roadmap, to the development of local Cash Management product portfolio.
- She / he represents BNP Paribas as local expert in banking community regarding Cash Management.Position in Zurich or Geneva
- Market Knowledge & Operational Risks
- She / he monitors and understands industry, market, customer, competitor and regulatory trends to ensure that identifiable risks and opportunities are defined and developed in order to deliver an appropriate response that protects and develops business benefits for the Group.
- Development of new products, services, channels
- She / he recommends strategy plans for the development and launch of new/enhanced products, services or channels in order to meet customer and business objectives (including the withdrawal of products, or services and development of migration plans where appropriate).
- She / he contributes to new product and functionality roll out / implementation, notably for the relevant marketing material and product positioning and pricing.
- Establishing of effective working partnerships
- She / he establishes an effective working partnership with CMCC Product Management, ITO, Compliance, Legal and other relevant stakeholders, locally and at the Headquarter.
- Implementing the bank’s growth strategies
- She / he understands and manages product Profit and Loss account in order to contribute towards the agreed business strategy and required reporting.
- Organization during the product lifecycle
- She / he manages negotiations and the day to day direct and indirect relationships with 3rd party suppliers during the product lifecycle ensuring the interests of BNPP and its customer are protected and that all the activity complies with relevant legislation and meets business and customer requirements.
- Representation of Cash Management EMEA
- She / he represents Cash Management EMEA at internal product workgroups and steering committees and the bank at external industry forums to provide appropriate expertise

- Educational Background
- She / he has an university degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Professional Experience
- She / he has sound working experience as Cash Management Product Manager in an international bank (min. 7 years)
- Competencies
- Ability to provide Cash Management and or Deposit solutions to Corporate Clients
- She / he is capable to prepare or modify norms, procedures or standards in this field.
- She / he is recognized by his peers as an expert
