**Global Head of Communications, Motion Service (location: EU)**:

MOSE Division President

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define the communication priorities to support the business strategy globally.
- Develop and drive the implementation of a coherent and consistent, integrated communication plan and brand positioning in-line with the Motion communications strategy and guidelines throughout the divisions.
- Develop, recommend and execute targeted communications plans and messages including customer and partner communications, editorial, content, employee engagement and internal communications - with the objective of engaging and inspiring key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups.
- Keep target audience at the center of the communications plan to make the message as relevant as possible for each audience.
- Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of accountability for all communications measures in line with the Motion communications strategy, brand positioning and corporate identity/corporate design guidelines. Drives continuous improvement.
- Serve as a consultant to the global division management team to ensure quick recognition of timely key communications opportunities and clear response to same.
- Support the division President and other key management with personal communications materials including presentations, speeches, articles.
- Own budget for global division communications program. Research and recommend communications programs and partners to maximize cost efficiency and minimize overlap among businesses.
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Manages, guides, motivates, challenges and develops direct/indirect subordinates.

**Your background**:

- 8+ years of experience in communications or marketing communications
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Excellent team leader and people manager skills
- Experience in leading remote teams
- Passionate about customer and partner management
- Business driven and willingness to change and drive change
- Excellent collaboration skills
