**Manager, Global Internal Communications (flexible location)**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Serve as a communications business partner and support the Business Area President and the Business Area Functional leaders in their internal communications.
- Develop and ensure impactful and coherent internal communications for the Motion Business Area in close cooperation with the Motion Divisions.
- Take clear ownership of how, when and what Motion as a Business Area communicates to its employees. Drive Outside-in thinking i.e. serve the target group based on its needs and interests. Drive the use of digital communications tools.
- Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of accountability for all communications measures in line with business targets, brand positioning and corporate identity/corporate design guidelines.
- Own budget for global internal communications program. Research and recommend communications programs and supply channels to maximize cost efficiency and minimize overlap among businesses.
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guide, motivate and develop colleagues. Evaluate, mentors and guide business-level communications personnel to further develop capability and ensure deployment of resources commensurate with the size and objectives of each business.

**Your background**:

- 7-10 years of experience in Communications, Marketing Communications or Internal Communications
- Excellent writing and content creation skills
- Native-level English language skills
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience of leading with example and motivation
- Passionate about internal communications management
- Business driven mentality, structured workstyle
- Willingness to change and drive change
