- Are you creative and highly organized? Do you have experience working with senior stakeholders? Can you turn complicated topics into clear instructions and/or interesting stories? We have an open position in our team, and we’re looking for someone like you to:
- Advise stakeholders and propose engaging and creative content in the Group Functions area and work with them to identify, plan and develop key messages in the appropriate tone of voice
- Work closely with colleagues across the respective Chief of Staff team and Communications & Branding organization to align communication plans with respect to messaging and timing
- Advise on right channels and develop content for news articles, announcements, newsletters, videos, blogs and other platforms for a global employee audience
- Handle a small portfolio of projects such as global events, one-off communication campaigns and intranet-related statistics
- Provide hands-on support for in-person events such as filming sessions
- Manage administrative tasks that help keep the firm and our team moving forward in an organized and controlled manner

- You’ll be based in Zurich and working as part of Group Internal Communications. We embrace hybrid working in our team. As part of the global team covering Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance, Group General Counsel and/or Group Finance, you’ll help develop and deliver content covering topics ranging from strategic to educational and sustainable topics (and a lot in between).**Your expertise**
- Five or more years of experience working in corporate communications, ideally within the financial services industry
- A degree in communications or journalism, or equivalent professional work experience with demonstrated success
- A great storyteller and excellent copywriter with exceptional English language writing and editing skills who has crafted engaging stories for corporate publications like an Annual Review or corporate website
- Strong advisory skills and the ability to appropriately challenge and work with senior executives in a corporate setting
- Highly flexible and comfortable working with ambiguity, frequently changing timeframes and short deadlines
