**Internal Communications Trainee, Motion BA**:

Join our global team as an Internal Communications Trainee, where you will support the development and distribution of key communications materials, assist in managing updates across various channels, and help monitor the effectiveness of our outreach. Your contributions will help ensure that our communications are clear, effective, and consistent with our core values, making a meaningful impact on audiences worldwide.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the creation and distribution of internal communication materials including presentations, social media, and internal web content
- Position materials in global internal communications channels and update those channels in a timely manner
- Monitor and update the editorial calendar
- Track and improve communications effectiveness across various channels - maintain effective measurement and monitoring to report relevant KPI’s
- Monitor/manage the development and delivery of outsourced project materials and assets
- Ensure all material is aligned to and consistent with brand guidelines
- Contribute ideas to the development of projects

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field and/or currently studying
- Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Creative thinker, able to articulate ideas/solutions
- Highly motivated, self-driven personality with the ability to work independently
- Open minded, curious, eager to learn and develop skills
