**Your tasks**:

- Corporate Communications (CC) conceptualises, plans and steers all internal and external communications activities. CC drives communications projects and matters across the group, and gives counsel and support to the segments, members of the Executive Group Management as well as staff functions in all corporate communications related matters.
- You handle communications related sub-projects in close cooperation with the other team members, namely those in charge of corporate, brand and CSR communications. In these areas, in your role as a trainee, you assume responsibility for the planning, coordination and execution of defined activities. Main areas of responsibilities include project management support and coordination for various projects such as publications (e.g. annual report, employee magazine), events (e.g. media conferences, internal events) or communication projects (e.g. branding, CSR activities, employee communication).**Your profile**:

- University degree in Communications, Brand Management or related field
- First work experience, preferably in the field of communications and/or marketing
- Safe handling of common online and offline media (social media and content creation)
- Strong skills in MS Office apps, CMS, preferably also of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Ability to handle internal client projects from briefing through conception to implementation
- Project management skills
- Curious and open team player with a hands-on approach
- Time limit for 12 months
