Manager Corporate Events
Aufgaben
Conception and execution of customer events with budget responsibility, including coordination of sponsored events (e.g. conferences, road shows) / The aim is to create a high-quality customer experience that further anchors the brand, products and brand name in the market / The events are positioned accordingly high / Events can be virtual, physical or mixed (virtual and physical) and are an integral part of the global marketing & communication culture of the brand / The area of responsibility includes the complete planning and control of all processes before and after the event, whereby all aspects are dealt with comprehensively and thoroughly / Invitations are organized in collaboration with specialists via apps and platforms / Ensuring corporate design of the entire appearance including all materials in collaboration with specialist teams.
Qualifikation
Completed university degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, communication or event management / Sound experience in the planning and implementation of national and international corporate events / Experience in the financial sector and in the digital field is mandatory / Experience in dealing with budgets / Analytical thinking / Problem-solving skills / Team player and goal orientation / Ability to multitask and achieve goals under time pressure and expectations / Efficient and independent way of working / Organizational talent / Customer-oriented, flexible personality with motivating charisma / High degree of initiative / Good MS Office skills / Fluent in German and English.
