Location: Global, with a preference for EU countries. The position holder is responsible for the creation of an innovative and efficient communication and marketing promotional strategy and initiatives on trending platforms and tools for the Division in accordance with the global strategies. The role will report to the Global Head of Communications.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating, planning and implementation of the global communication strategy, product marketing promotional strategy value preposition and tools proposal at Gate 2 of new launches.
- Ensure that all communication and marketing promotional tools are available on time in the right legal and normative framework and to the customer requirements.
- Expertise and experience in; Internal & external communications, Branding & events and product, segment, solutions, and partner communications/marketing promotion
- Line Manager for global communication specialists
- Process owner and driver for product naming and registration in close collaboration with the Global Product Groups and Group Intelligent Property
- Creation and implementation of the B2B and B2C concept in all relevant communication tools
- Implementation of a Division data structure for the exchange of communication Tools and platforms and implementation of digital media, especially online and social media
- Lead and support key strategic projects globally and be prepared to work in an agile set up leading chapters and squads

**Your background**:

- Master or Diploma of Marketing/Communications 7+ years knowledge in digital Marketing/Communications
- Marketing and intercultural communication skills, including negotiation skills as well as abilities in Project implementation
- Operational (Planning & Reporting): Use tools and processes in single or multi-business organizations
- Languages: Local language of placement and English language fluently.
