**Global Communications Campaigns and Content Manager**:

ABB Electrifcation - a global techology leader striving to electrify the world in a safe, smart nad suatainable way - is looking for an experienced Content and Communications Programmes Manager to join the global external communications team, reporting to the Global Head of External Communications. You’ll be working with Electrification’s seven Divisions and diverse global markets, as well as ABB group colleagues on a range of projects, activities and initiatives, to position, promote and build the reputation of Electrification across the global to targeted sectors and audiences, in support of the business overall objectives and targets. This role offers a diverse opportunity for the right person.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop appropriate and compelling content for use across multiple communication platforms and channels, to appeal to and engage with a wide range of external audiences to enhance ABB Electrification’s global brand reputation, leadership and potential sales opportunities across the globe
- Identify, research and develop content based on Electrification’s positioning and messaging, core themes, global megatrends and relevant market trending topics, including developing research and news from surveys, focus groups, customer feedback and similar sources
- Collaborate with Electrification Divisions and markets, as well as other Business Areas, to develop and influence compelling news and insight from across the business, and to scale the local activation of global external communications activities, including repurposing of current and new content to maximize use
- Ensure Electrification content across owned platforms, as well as communication assets, are kept up to date
- Regular review and redevelopment of sales enablement content to support local market sales teams to correctly position the business
- Orchestrate and project manage the planning, scheduling, roll out and implementation of global and Electrification integrated communications programmes and campaign within company processes - considering all necessary aspects of a project plan, stakeholder collaboration and management, agenda management, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are respected and following up on outstanding topics with all involved stakeholders
- Identify, design and roll out external communications working processes and guidelines, working closely with other areas of the business for streamlining processes as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key stakeholders, decision makers and opinion leaders as well as drive innovation in our platforms and processes, tools and tech

**Your background**:

- Undergraduate degree, or higher, in Marketing, Communications or other relevant discipline essential, relevant professional qualification desirable, minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role and large organization
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and excellent writing, editing, proofreading and tailoring of content with high attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge and experience of all aspects of external communications and campaign management with ability to develop content for a wide range of communications channels to effectively deliver the appropriate message and effectively explain technology in a real world and engaging way
- Ability to create and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of and adherence to data privacy and communications codes of conduct
- Strong ability to work autonomously with initiative and collaboratively with wide and diverse colleagues, highly motivated, self-driven, proven track record of delivering results and strong orientation to progressing things forward
