**Global Communication Manager, Smart Power Division, Electrification**:**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement global division communications programs and messages including publicity, editorial support, web content, and direct marketing to educate and inform key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups.
- Partner with product management, marketing & sales to develop and deliver relevant marketing communication content driving excellent customer experience.
- Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility for all communications measures in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines and global strategy.
- Build a strong network across the ABB Communications community to aid alignment across the organization and transfer of best practices.
- Actively recommend and contribute to cross-business
- division communications projects.
- Advise on communications programs and supply channels to maximize cost efficiency and minimize overlap among businesses.
- Collaborate with other teams in ABB Communications to ensure communications excellence, relevance and consistency between internal and external messages and across all communications channels.
Support key management with personal communications materials including presentations, speeches, articles, and employee recognition.
- Manage contribution to key events such as virtual & hybrid trade exhibitions.
- Own budget for global division communications programs and ensures budget alignment with corporate and division communications.

**Your background**:

- University degree (education in multimedia communications, marketing communications, marketing preferably).
- At least 10 years of experience in communication and marketing communication.
- Proven experience leading and developing diverse, high performing teams.
- Curious leader who searches for new approaches in communication and effectively implements learning.
